Ćevapčići Serbian Kebab

  • How to make Serbian kebabs?! Here are the instructions, so follow them, they are very tasty and melt in your mouth. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min. for 4 people
  • 300 g of beef

  • 150 g of mutton

  • 150 g pork

  • 100 g onions

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 1 Tablespoon primrose/ finely chopped

Preparation:
  1. Wash the meat, cut it into larger cubes, grind it in a machine and mix it well with your hands, then pass it through the grinder again.

  2. The longer you mix the meat, the tastier the ćevapčići will be!

  3. Add salt and pepper to the prepared meat and leave it to stand for a while, then use a sausage machine, or by hand, to make thumb-sized jackdaws.

  4. Grill the ćevapćići just before serving, and if there is no grill, bake them on a well-heated hob greased with oil, or in a grated pan.

  5. Serve them with onion cut into small cubes and decorated with primrose leaves, or celery. Salad: Young radishes, pickles, mustard, tomato, and onion salad can also french fries. Enjoy in meal!
