Yogurt Salad

  • Fantastic quick refreshing tomato, yogurt and cucumber salad, very tasty and juicy and cold! You only need 5 minutes to sweeten yourself with this salad that goes fantastically with any meat and fish. It is ideal in summer days when the heat is strong and unbearable, this will cool you down. All the foods are very healthy, try i! I think you will prepare it every day in the summer days. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 5 min., 1 portion
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes/ diced

  • 4 full teaspoons of Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 a cucumber without skin/ cut into thin rings

  • 1/4 teaspoon weed dill/ or dry

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon EVO Olive oil

Preparation:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients as described above.

  2. Take a small glass salad bowl.

  3. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, weed dill, a little salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Top with 4 full spoons of yogurt, add olive oil.

  5. Control the taste and add pepper if necessary.

  6. Stir the ingredients well, serve!

NOTE:

  • With this salad, you can grate Trappist cheese or Gouda or Greek feta cheese, chopped onions, garlic, olives, depending on what you eat.

  • With this recipe, it is important that all the ingredients are cold so that they can be consumed immediately!
