A fantastic sauce for topping vegetables and even meat. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
2 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp flour
500 ml of milk
2 Tablespoon fresh weed dill/ finely chopped
pinch of dry herbal spice/ Vegeta
salt to taste
Preparation:
Fry the flour in the oil and stir until it becomes yellowish.
Pour milk and into the pale powder.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes, then add the chopped dill and spices. Cook, with stirring, for another 15 minutes.
If necessary, add a little warm water.
Serve the sauce with boiled potatoes or stuffed steak.
