Weed dill Sauce

  • A fantastic sauce for topping vegetables and even meat. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
  • 2 Tbsp oil

  • 3 Tbsp flour

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 2 Tablespoon fresh weed dill/ finely chopped

  • pinch of dry herbal spice/ Vegeta

  • salt to taste

Preparation:
  1. Fry the flour in the oil and stir until it becomes yellowish.

  2. Pour milk and into the pale powder.

  3. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, then add the chopped dill and spices. Cook, with stirring, for another 15 minutes.

  4. If necessary, add a little warm water.

  5. Serve the sauce with boiled potatoes or stuffed steak.
