  • Boosting immunity is a great thing to help your body resist various diseases, and it is definitely a great thing to improve your health. Nowadays, we have various vitamins to strengthen immunity in various stores and pharmacies, and folk remedies, that is, treatment with alternative medicine, have always somehow been left aside. I am one of those who will use natural and alternative ways and organic natural foods that will improve my body and resistance to other viruses and various diseases. That's the first thing I'm going to do is take a pill in my mouth and expect magic. Our nonsense did not say that health always comes into the mouth. Over time, by taking all these synthetic substances and chemical composition, you damage the liver, and over time, you will pollute it so much that it will not be able to function normally, and then other problems arise. It has a great recipe that we call “Vitamin Bomb”, and it is very easy to make, I recommend you to make it, especially because of this horrible pandemic called Corona. This recipe can be used by young people and adults. Believe that this will strengthen the immunity of the whole family, and you will all be satisfied.

I will write you both recipes, one for children and adults and the other for adults only.


To strengthen immunity for children and adults:


You will need:

  • 100 g of raisins

  • 150 g of walnuts

  • 100 g of almonds

  • peel of two lemons

  • 100 g of dried apricots

  • 100 g of prunes

  • 300-400 g of honey

  • 100 g pine nuts – they are great for boosting immunity

Preparation recipe:

  • In a meat grinder, grind raisins, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts, and lemon peel and add the juice of two lemons, whose peel you have previously ground and stirred.

  • Then add ground prunes and dried apricots and mix and finally, honey comes and mixes well. Pour into a jar and let stand in a dark place for 2 days.

  • For children older than 3 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day.

  • For adults: 1–2 tablespoons three times a day.

  • Store the jar with vitamins in the refrigerator.

Another recipe for boosting immunity for adults:

Ingredients:
  • 200 g of dried apricots

  • 200 g of prunes

  • 200 g of dried figs

  • 200 g of walnuts

  • 1 lemon

  • 50 ml of brandy

  • 250 g of honey

Preparation recipe
  • In a meat grinder, grind all the dried fruit and lemon peel, add brandy and honey to the mixture, and stir. Keep heavy in the refrigerator, and take 1 tablespoon before meals for 10 minutes.

  • For strengthening the immunity and resistance of the organism and cleansing toxins from the body, a good combination is definitely honey, ginger, lemon.
