Vegetable stew in my way, healthy and very tasty, it is prepared very simply and is ready quickly. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min., 4 servings
700 g of potatoes/grated
250 g of sweet cabbage/grated
200 g cauliflower/of smaller flowers
1 onion/finely chopped
200 ml sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
dry spice / Vegeta
3 slices of bread/fried
2 Tbsp of oil
Parmesan cheese grated if you like
fresh chopped parsley to taste
Preparation:
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
Fry the onion with grated potatoes and sweet cabbage in a little oil, add boiling soup or water enough to cover the ingredients in the pot. Add spices and cook until the vegetables are soft.
When the vegetables have softened, take a stick mixer and blend. Add sour cream and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the parsley if you like.
Cut the bread into cubes and fry them in a pan.
Serve the baked bread cubes in a plate and pour the soup over it. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
