Turkish soft loaves soft as soul, phenomenal recipe, dough delicious and rich with sesame. It isn't difficult. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: cup 200 ml, simple, total time: 75 min.
Dough:
5 cups flour
1 Tablespoon of dry yeast or 1 pack of fresh yeast
2 Tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 glass of oil
2 glasses of milk
1 teaspoon of butter
Drive in between:
100 g of melted butter
Above the Dough:
1 egg yolk
lots of sesame
Preparation:
Put 700 g of flour in a deeper bowl, make a small indentation with a spoon, then add (20 g) or 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g), one tablespoon of salt (7 g), 25 g vegetable oil, and finally 400 ml of milk.
Mix the dough well with a spoon and combine everything well so that the dough must be smooth and soft. Then start working with the dough with your hands, when a little dough has already been worked out, add 15 g. butter and spread it into the dough, mix it well with the dough.
When you have worked it out well, put the dough now on the worktop, roll it several times and make a loaf shape and cut it into 4 parts with a knife. Make balls from each part and let them stand for 10–15 minutes, cover them with a cloth or foil.
Then sprinkle the flour on the worktop, take one ball of dough, knead it a little with your hands and roll it out with a rolling pin so that the dough is 3 mm thick. Then take the melted butter, brush and apply to the whole circle of dough. Then just cover the left side in half and the right side so that the side of the dough rests on the side of the dough and spread butter again on the complete part, when done take the dough from the bottom and roll upwards and connect these edges with your hands repeat the same method with these 3 balls and put them on the side.
When you’re all done, take the baking paper and place it on a larger baking sheet. In the meantime, when the dough has stood for 10 minutes, take out one, tap it again with your hands and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Work it out with a rolling pin on all sides.
When the dough is thin, knead the edges slightly with your hands and watch it form in a rectangle. Then take the melted butter again, spread the dough halfway, roll the larger side of the rectangular dough into a bun shape. Then close the edges of the dough with your hands so that it does not look like a sausage. :) Connect the lower part of the dough that you rolled with the dough so that you don't see the difference and the edges, join with your hands and then roll the dough a little with your hands again.
When you have done this, put it on baking paper and repeat the same method for these 3 balls of dough.
When everything is finished like that, then take the oil and brush all the muffins with a brush, then take a razor and gently cut them obliquely until the muffin is finished. Then leave and cover the muffins with nylon and let them wait 30 minutes.
Then take the egg yolks and spread it on all the muffins and the hollow itself if you cut it. Take sesame seeds and sprinkle as much as you like.
And put them in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 35 minutes. Enjoy in bites!
