Tuna Steak

  • Tuna schnitzel in the Mediterranean style, a simple way of preparation and very tasty and healthy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 1 pack of frozen tuna steaks

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • olive oil

  • chopped parsley

  • 4–5 pieces of young green onions

  • 2–3 tomatoes

  • 2 slices arugula leaves

  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • dry spice/ Vegeta Mediterranean

Tuna Steak
Preparation:
  1. Defrost the steaks at the lowest temperature in the microwave or, if you have time, leave them at room temperature to relax.

  2. Rub the steaks with coarse salt and pepper, and fry in a pan of olive oil on high heat for 5–7 minutes. Pour over the sauce with olive oil sauce, chopped arugula leaves and parsley.

Side dish Salad

  1. Pick a soft tomato, peel it. Chop all the vegetables into larger pieces.

  2. Sauté young onions in olive oil, add tomatoes and let the juice reduce a bit. Add parsley, arugula leaves, Vegeta and simmer. Towards the end, add balsamic vinegar and simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
