Simple coconut and chocolate flavored tufts. Soft as a soul, everyone adores it. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: total time 50 min. very easy
Biscuit:
3 eggs
10 Tablespoons sugar
13 Tablespoons oil
100 ml of milk
16 Tablespoons flour
1 bag baking powder/ 10 g
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
Topping / glaze:
150 ml of milk
150g of cooking chocolate
150g butter
200g of coconut flour
150g of sugar
Preparation:
Beat eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar—add milk and oil, but do not stop mixing. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it and then gradually add it to the beaten eggs, mix until you get a nice and compact mixture.
Oil the middle baking tray, and sprinkle with a little flour, pour the mixture (hit the baking tray a couple of times from the worktop or from the table. So that the mixture is flattened) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C Bake for 10–15 minutes, when the biscuit starts to separate from the pan, it is ready.
Leave the baked biscuit to cool a bit, then cut it into cubes.
Prepare the glaze by boiling milk with sugar over low heat, taking care not to burn the milk.
When the milk boils, add the butter and chocolate.
Stir constantly until the mixture boils again.
Remove from the stove and cool the mixture to be lukewarm.
Roll the cut biscuit into the glaze and then into the coconut flour.
Repeat the procedure, of course, with each “cube”.
If the cubes are too soaked in the glaze, wait for them to “drain”. Enjoy these tufts.
Buon appetito!
