Fantastic Triple Layer Dream Cheesecake with chocolate and walnut and cream flavors. An ideal treat for Valentine's Day or for birthday occasions. The preparation takes a little longer, but it is worth preparing. If you have the will and want to have a nice snack, then I recommend this wonderful cake, which is not difficult to make. Ingredients: cup 240 ml, simple, total time: 60 min.
2 cups crushed chocolate crackers /about 12–13 crackers
150 g white sugar/ divided
60 g plus 1 tablespoon butter/ melted
450 g cream cheese/ softened
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract/ divided
90 g dark Chocolate
320 g sour cream/ divided
70 g firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 full Tbsp all-purpose flour
30 g finely chopped walnuts -pecans
140 g cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp almond extract
Dark Chocolate Dream Glaze:
170 g dark Chocolate
55 g butter
75 g powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions for the Cake:
Preheat oven to 165 °C
In a bowl, mix crushed crackers, 1/4 cup white sugar and butter.
After mixing well, place in a 9-inch mold / 23 cm with a spring and press firmly from the bottom and top.
In one bowl, mix 225 g of cream cheese and 1/4 / 50 g, cups of sugar, mix it all well with a mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, melted dark chocolate and 1/3 cup / 80 g sour cream.
Mix both bowls and combine well.
Pour the crust of the chocolate crackers evenly with a spoon.
Combine the last pack of 225 g cream cheese in a bowl with brown sugar and flour, beat until the mixture becomes frothy.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and finely chopped walnuts. Mix the two bowls and combine well.
Spoon the chocolate layer of cheesecake into the spring mold.
To make the top coat, combine 140 g cream cheese and 1/4 cup / 50 g sugar; beat until well blended.
Add the remaining egg to the mixture and beat again.
Stir in 240 g sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract.
When all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add in a layer of walnuts with pecans.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
Leave to cool for 1 hour on the grill.
Leave the cake to cool in the fridge overnight
Dream Glaze:
Combine dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Bring the water to a boil and reduce the temperature to medium.
Start mixing dark chocolate and butter until smooth, to prevent burns. Remove from heat.
Put powdered sugar, water and vanilla extract in a special large bowl.
When you have mixed well, add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
After the cake has cooled completely (4–6 hours or overnight), coat the cheesecake with warm chocolate glaze. Cool the cake for another 1–2 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve a cold cake with coffee.
