A wonderful Italian dessert in small portions with the taste of cappuccino. An ideal dessert for every day. It is easy to prepare and ready quickly. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: for 6 cups — 350 ml, simple, 30 min.
180 ml brewed espresso coffee
1 Tbsp Marsala liquor
250 ml whipped cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
60 g powdered sugar
250 g Mascarpone
12 pieces Ladyfingers
bitter cocoa powder to taste
Preparation:
Mix the cooled coffee with Marsala liqueur in a shallower bowl.
Using a mixer, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and instant coffee powder in a deep bowl until well combined.
In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the mascarpone mixture to the whipped cream, beating at the same time until stiff peaks form.
Cut the ladyfingers in half and dip them in the coffee.
Put two halves of the ladyfingers in a serving glass. Top with 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone mixture.
Repeat the same to have 2 layers of Savoyard and two layers of mascarpone cream. This also applies to the other 5 glasses.
Cover with PVC foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
At the end, before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
