Tiramisu Cheesecake

Ingredients: simple, total time:40 min.

For biscuits:

  • 200 g of Savoyardi cookies-ladyfingers

  • 125 g of butter melted

For the cream:

  • 250 g of Philadelphia

  • 250 g of mascarpone

  • 5 yolks

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 small glass of milk

  • 2 cups of strong coffee

  • 50 g of chocolate flakes

  • 3 sheets of isinglass

  • cocoa flakes

  • chocolate granules if you like little bit

Preparation:
  1. Chop the biscuits and put them in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Arrange this mixture in a tray with a spring diameter of 24 cm, on which you have already placed baking paper and flatten with a spoon. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the cream for the cake

  2. Place the isinglass in a bowl full of water. As soon as it softens, squeeze it and melt it in a pot with milk and coffee.

  3. Mix the Philadelphia cheese and mascarpone in a bowl, add the sugar and work together until you get a smooth cream. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then add a mixture of milk, coffee and a simple mass and mix everything until the cream becomes homogeneous. Then add chocolate flakes and chocolate granules presoaked in coffee. Stir again and then pour the cream into the mold and level the surface with a spatula.

  4. Leave the cake to cool for 4 hours. Then coat the cake with cream and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa flakes. Serve.
