Tiramisu Cake

  • Famous Italian recipe TIRAMISU, which most people love. Tiramisu as a cake originated from Treviso, in Italy, and this is the original cake from that country, it is very tasty and is a real refreshment in the summer days. Make this cake, you will not go wrong. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: 6 servings, easy, total time: 40 min.
  • 200 ml strong coffee

  • 3–4 Tablespoons brandy — rum — amaretto liqueur

  • 3 large fresh eggs

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese

  • 120 g biscuits/Savoyardi/ Ladyfingers

  • cocoa to taste

Preparation:
  1. Make coffee and cool. Add brandy — rum — amaretto liqueur.

  2. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, add the cheese little by little and stir.

  3. Arrange the soaked (in coffee) biscuits in a square tray (small).

  4. Pour half of the cream and repeat the procedure. I second order a lot of times because mascarpone cheese is so expensive, sometimes I make with Dr. Oetker tiramisu cream — and it turns out just as great.

  5. Sprinkle with cocoa, cover with foil and keep in the fridge for a few hours.

  6. To speed up the process, you can stir Ness coffee in cold water.

  7. Some remaining egg whites also whisk together the solid snow, so slowly add it to the cream — as I say — it's better, which makes it lighter, but that's not the original recipe.

  8. It can also be decorated with whipped cream to taste, but it is also not an original recipe.

  9. Tiramisu is quick and easy to make, it is a nice cake and everyone loves it. That is why it is practical to make a double measure.
