Tiramisu Balls

  • A wonderful dessert taste of tiramisu cake in the form of balls. Quick and easy preparation in just 20 minutes. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min.
  • 200 g ground biscuits Ladyfingers

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese

  • 130 ml condensed milk

  • 50 g powdered sugar

  • 80 ml coffee/ or instant coffee cold

  • 2 tsp Marsala liqueur/ optional

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar

  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder/ for sprinkling

  • 50 g chocolate/ for topping-optional, as you like

Preparation:
  1. Crush the cookies in a blender mix with the cold coffee, add the Marsala liqueur and mix again. Set aside.

  2. In a deep bowl, beat mascarpone cheese with condensed milk, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a smooth mixture.

  3. Add ground biscuits to the mascarpone mixture, then mix everything well.

  4. If it seems too liquidy, add more crushed biscuits.

  5. The mixture should be firm, but also moist.

  6. With the help of a small spoon, take the mixture and create smaller balls, the size of walnuts.

  7. Place cocoa powder on a plate and roll each ball. That way, each ball will get a nice look and a rich Tiramisu taste.

  8. If you are a chocolate lover, you can melt 50 g of chocolate and pour it over the balls, or use it for decoration instead.

  9. Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to firm up and allow the flavors to combine well.

NOTE:

  • If you see that the mixture is more liquid, add more ground biscuit.

  • You can also combine ordinary biscuits with ground ladyfingers.

  • Keep the balls in the refrigerator, covered.
