4 eggs
200 ml milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
500 g flour
1 bag vanilla sugar/10 g
500 ml water
50 ml oil
Preparation:
Beat the first eggs, then add sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, milk, oil, and mix well with a mixer.
Gradually add flour and water, beat at the same time.
The dough must not be too thick and not too thin.
When the mixture is ready, prepare a non-stick pan and put very little oil.
Heat over medium heat.
With the help of a ladle, extract the liquid and pour it into the pan in a circular motion.
Cook each side for about 2-2 minutes on moderate heat.
Fill the pancakes with jam, nuts, sugar or Nutella, twist into rolls or into a triangle shape.

If the dough is thick, add a little milk, if it is thin, add more flour.
Keep the pancakes at room temperature covered with nylon foil. That way they will keep their softness.
