The Classic Coffee Sweet Cold Cream

  • Fantastic coffee cream or “Coffee of the grandfather” how call Italians, is pleasant at every moment after breakfast, refreshing and aromatic. It is easy to do in a very short time! With this incredible recipe, you will get a phenomenal cold cream that you will enjoy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: dose for 4 people, very easy, total time: 15 min
  • 250 ml of fresh liquid sour cream

  • 70 ml of coffee from flour

  • 5 teaspoons granulated sugar

  • 1–2 teaspoons of optional Nutella or Baileys

Preparation:
  1. In this recipe, it is better to use mocha coffee, because it has a stronger taste and is less diluted.

  2. You will need approx. of 3–4 cups.

  3. Put the coffee in a bowl, add sugar and Nutella and stir until it melts, then leave to cool.

  4. When the coffee has cooled, put it in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes, so that the coffee becomes very cold.

  5. Put the electric accessories for the mixer, in the freezer to whip the cream faster.

  6. After the time has elapsed, whip the cream and gradually add cold coffee and continue to stir with an electric whisk until the desired density.

  7. Then put the cream in a bowl in the freezer for 1 hour.

  8. Thereafter, pour one tablespoon into each cup and garnish with coffee beans or coffee powder or bitter cocoa.

  9. Your coffee cream is ready to consume, got a great coffee to enjoy!


Cold coffee and Nutella cream Tips:

  • With Nutella cream coffee, you are free to add 1 and 1/2 a teaspoon and decorate the edges of the cup with Nutella, for a better decoration.
