In winter and summer, an excellent lemonade is never out of place, so here is a recipe that is very good for this healthy drink. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 minutes
5 Tablespoons of granulated sugar/ or stevia/60 g
250 ml of water
7 medium big lemons/ juice
2 limes/ juice
limes slice
1.5 liters of ice-cold water
Ice as needed
Preparation:
Boil the sugar and water until the sugar dissolves and becomes a thick syrup. When it's done, leave it to cool.
Soften the lemon and lime by rolling.
Drain the lemon and lime well, remove the seeds and add the pulp.
Pour 1.5 liter of ice-cold water into the pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and pulp, then add simple syrup to taste. Add ice.
Decorate the top of the glass with a lime wedge.
Serve!
NOTE:
You can add organic pineapple and orange to this juice to make it even more delicious.
Store the prepared lemonade in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
