Steak in Mustard Sauce
Preparation:
  1. Cut the steak into as thin pieces as possible, or ask them to cut them for you when buying. Mix flour and paprika and roll each steak on both sides.

  2. Put the butter on the pan to melt and heat completely, then put the steak to fry on both sides.

  3. When they are baked, take them out on a plate, drain a little of the fat and pour hot water mixed with spices and mustard into the pan where they were baked.

  4. Add the flour left over from the steak to the same water. So return the steaks to the sauce and let them simmer. If the sauce is thick, add a little hot water or if it is rare, add more flour. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and some of your favorite salad. Buon appetito!
