200 g of bean paste /look here instructions
some roll wrap/ Spring rolls
Preparation:
Place the bean paste on one end of the spring crust
After rolling, fold the crusts on both sides towards the middle and continue to roll until halfway
Fold the left and right sides with the filling towards the middle
Apply a little water to the end of the spring roll wrapper, roll up and it's done
Heat a pan over high heat, wait for the oil to heat up to 75%, put in the spring rolls and turn to low heat.
Bake until golden brown, then place on a kitchen towel to absorb excess fat, serve warm.
