Sponge Cake Soft

  • Soft biscuit for cakes and rolls that are made in the blink of an eye. For this recipe, you will only need a few ingredients, a baking dish, baking paper,a mixer and a deep dish as well as a spatula.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 55 min.
  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g flour

  • 200 g granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar/ 20 g

  • 2 tsp baking powder/ 10 g

  • 120 ml milk

  • 200 ml oil

  • pinch of salt

  • baking dish 18×18, or 20×20 cm

Preparation:
  1. Beat the eggs and add sugar, mix well until you get a lighter and foamy mixture.

  2. Add vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, oil and milk, mix again.

  3. Then gradually add flour and beat at the same time.

  4. Coat the dish on all sides and insert baking paper.

  5. Pour over the mixture and bake at 180 °C for about 40-45 minutes.

  6. Control the dough with a toothpick.

  7. Leave the biscuit to cool and remove the baking paper.

  8. In this way, you can get two biscuits by cutting them on two identical crusts. Use a sharp knife or cookie cutter for this.
