Ingredients: cup 200 ml,simple, total time: 4 serving
1 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup salt
1 cup sugar
5 kg of tomatoes
1/2 kg hot peppers (round)
Preparation:
Mix 1 cup of white vinegar, 1 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of salt, 1 cup of sugar. Let it boil.
Boil 1/2 kg of hot peppers for a few minutes.
Separately, cook 5 kg of minced tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until they soften well. At the end, add the salt in which the peppers were cooked.
Fry and add in tomatoes, the boiled peppers, stir and pour into small sterile jars that you have previously heated. Seal tightly. Place in a larger refractory dish. When cool, place next to the rest of the winter. Enjoy!
