Italian fantastic dish of spaghetti and hot tomato sauce with tuna, in a simple and easy way you will have lunch in half an hour. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min. 2 servings
1 can of tuna / chopped
240 g of spaghetti
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 hot pepper chopped or in pieces if you like it less spicy
200 ml tomato paste
1 clove of garlic/finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano
grated Parmesan for sprinkle to taste
Preparation:
Pour water into a deep pot, add salt and wait for it to boil. Add the spaghetti when the water boils and cook according to the instructions or for about 7 minutes alla dente.
During this time, make a spicy tuna topping.
Take a deep-frying pan and put olive oil, wait for the oil to heat up well, then add hot pepper and finely chopped garlic. Fry until the garlic releases its fragrance, then add immediately the tomato paste, cook for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After that, add oregano, salt, pepper, hot pepper flakes and strained and chopped tuna. Mix the ingredients well and cook for the next 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
When the sauce is ready, add the strained spaghetti and mix the ingredients well, about 1 minute. Put out the fire.
Place in shallow plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Decorate the top of the dough with a basil leaf, if you have one at home. Buon appetito!
