Spaghetti with Seafood

  • I adore seafood and this is one of the specialties that I like the most in the summer, it doesn't have a lot of calories and it's healthy. It is very easy to prepare and does not require much time in the kitchen. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min. 4 serving
  • 400 g spaghetti/ cooked

  • 1 kg tomatoes/ diced at half

  • 200 g shells/ cleaned and 8 shells in whole

  • 200 g shrimp/ cleaned

  • 150 g squid/ cleaned

  • 2 onions/ finely chopped

  • 3 clove garlic/ finely chopped

  • 80 ml water

  • 3 Tablespoon parsley leaves/ finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 80 ml olive oil

  • 1 Tablespoon tomato purée

Procedure:

Prepare Spaghetti with Seafood as follows:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, arrange them in a pan, add salt and sprinkle each half with a little oil, then bake it for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 °C. Strain the roasted tomatoes.

Prepare the Seafood for the Spaghetti:

  1. Heat half the oil in a deep-frying pan, simmer the mussels and shrimp for about 2 minutes, then take them out. Add the squid to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove.

  2. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in the remaining oil, then add the mixture of tomatoes, tomato purée, water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and finely chopped primrose, mix well and carefully return the seafood.

  3. Cook the spaghetti and stir it with the prepared tomato and seafood sauce. Serve the spaghetti with seafood warm. Buon appetito!
