Spaghetti with Genovese Pesto and Tuna

  • I love dough and I often like to make and combine it with some other sauce, fantastic and delicious smell of the sea and aromatic basil plants. It sounds Mediterranean and healthy. Lunch is ready quickly and is very easy to prepare. Follow recipe.

Spaghetti with Genovese Pesto and Tuna
Preparation:
  1. First add water to the spaghetti and wait for it to boil for the spaghetti and of course add a little salt 1 tbsp.

  2. After that, while waiting for the water to boil. Take one pan and put olive oil and wait for it to heat up a bit, open a can of tuna and strain it, the tuna must be dry.

  3. When the oil has warmed up, add the tuna, stir and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Then immediately pour the pesto Genovese, stir well. Strain the finished spaghetti, pour 1 tablespoon of cooked water into the pan. Add strained spaghetti to pan, stir about a minute.

  4. Then turn off the fire, pour the spaghetti with tuna into a plate and garnish with basil or capers herbs if you have.

  5. You can add olive oil at the end if you like. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Buon appetito!

NOTE: You can use other types of pasta besides spaghetti!

Keep in mind that capers are quite salty, so only serve them on plates a little. This dish is good because you have added vitamins, from omega 3 carbohydrates, positive fatty acids and vitamins C, K, and B6.
