Soft Donuts Sweet or Salt

  • Phenomenal soft donuts are quickly made and eaten, they can be eaten salty and sweet. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water

  • 700 g of soft flour

  • 1/2 cube of fresh yeast/22 g

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 5 Tablespoons batter oil

  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt

  • frying oil (deep-frying)

Preparation:
  1. Put yeast, lukewarm water, oil, sugar in the large plastic container.

  2. Mix a little by hand, add flour but not all, a little more than half of the total amount. Add it only now, not directly to the yeast because it will grow weaker. Knead a smooth dough.

  3. Flour a little hand and dough. Knead lightly and superficially, just to form a soft ball of dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more flour and knead lightly.

  4. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes for the dough to rise a little.

  5. Flour the work surface well, mix the risen dough lightly with a little flour. Shake on a table, shape the dough into a ball and roll it out with a rolling pin. Not too thin and do not press hard with a rolling pin so that the holes in the dough do not stick and air does not come out.

  6. From the dough, cut soft and large shapes as desired and leave them for about 10 minutes. You will cut the dough easier if you occasionally apply flour on the knife.

  7. Heat the oil, dip your fingertips in the flour each time so that they make do not stick. It is also important that you take them very lightly, without pressing, because they will flatten and half of the holes will disappear from them.

  8. Put in hot oil, the upper side goes down first. When well browned, turn the other side to brown. Remove to a kitchen towel to drain. You can eat with jam or cheese, how wish you like.

2. Recipe Donuts
  • 400 g flour

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 400 ml of warm milk

  • 15 g of fresh yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 300 ml oil

  • The only thing here is that you put the yeast in warm milk with a drop of sugar and a spoonful of flour. After 15 minutes, put it in a deep dish and add the rest of the ingredients, adding the flour gradually. Making the dough is the same as in the first recipe. The preparation method is similar to the first recipe.
