Soft pancakes dough can be made in just 5 minutes and are ready in 25 minutes. The quantity is about 10 pieces, if you need more than double the flour, sour water and milk. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 9-10 pancakes
2 eggs
350 ml milk
120 ml mineral water
220 g flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp granulated sugar/ or
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
1 tsp grated lemon peel
little oil for frying
non-stick pan
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and lemon peel, add milk and sour water, combine everything at medium speed of the mixer.
Then add the flour gradually and beat at the same time.
When you have kneaded the mixture well, let it stand for about 10 minutes at room temperature.
During this time, prepare the tools for turning the pancakes and the pan in which you will bake them.
Pour very little oil and heat on moderate heat.
When you pour the oil, make sure that it is a little less than one spoon.
Stir the pancake mixture once more with a ladle.
Pour the mixture into the pan with a ladle and swirl it in a circular motion until the mixture is distributed evenly on the bottom of the pan. Avoid the sides to prevent the pancake from tearing.
Wait for a minute or two and turn to the other side with the help of a thin spatula or a knife.
You will repeat this with the rest of the material.
You can spread the pancakes with jam, nuts, Nutella, or sugar with addition vanilla ice cream.
You can make a pancake form in a roll or in a triangle.
Serve warm.

You can also add yogurt instead of sour water.
Keep the rest of the pancakes covered at room temperature in a plate.
