  • February has reached the middle, there is another month until the calendar end of winter, and then spring arrives. He should be greeted with a purified organism. One way to do this, apart from fasting, which believers practice because we are in the time of Lent, is to “cleanse” with herbal teas, natural juices and smoothie.

  • In addition to cleansing the body from the inside, the aforementioned drinks, due to their richness in vitamins and minerals, will give you the energy. You need to cope with the last days of winter and what is called “winter depression”. In recent months, we have very likely consumed heavy and high-calorie foods that, as spring approaches, should be gradually eliminated from the diet. It has left a mark on our body so at this time of year many feel tired, constantly sleepy and lack energy. If you have only one of the symptoms, it is time to help your body clear up a bit. It doesn’t have to be anything drastic. Sometimes it is enough to replace one meal or snack (depending on the job you are doing) with natural juice or smoothie, and drink herbal tea instead of coffee.

  • You can also opt for a one-day fast with juices, but not if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have an eating disorder.
