Smoked Salmon with Kiwi

  • A beautiful, healthy and delicious breakfast of avocado and salmon. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min. 2 servings
  • 2 large sheets of smoked salmon

  • 1/2 kiwi, cleaned and sliced

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • a mint leaf

  • 1 Avocado passed

  • 2 garlic/ finely chopped

  • little butter for coating

  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:
  1. Mash the avocado, add : finely chopped garlic, salt, a little pepper to taste. Fry the bread in the toaster and add a little butter coating. Then spread mashed avocado on the bread. Arrange smoked salmon slices on, sprinkle with lemon juice, arrange cut kiwi leaves on it and sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve. Buon appetito!
