Simple potato salad, so delicious and easy to work with! It can be served as a side dish with fish or other meat or liver. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 35 min. 4 servings
1 kg of potatoes/into rings and boiled
3 red onions or / yellow
100 ml olive oil EVO
100 ml of wild apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water about 25 minutes.
Peel a chilled potato and cut it into thin slices.
Half the onion, and cut into thin slices.
Put potatoes and onions alternately in a deeper bowl, season it with salt and pepper, olive oil.
When you have used up all the material, pour the vinegar with olive oil over the salad.
Garnish the salad with primrose leaves.
The salad can be left in the fridge for 30 minutes and served cold.

NOTE: You can also cook potatoes in their skins, but you have to wait for them to cool down completely, and you have to peel them only then. Cooking takes about 30 minutes, and lasts longer.
