Simple Plasma Cake

  • The original recipe for plasma cake is the simplest way to prepare it, and it is very tasty. It is loved by the old and the young. There is not a lot of work and the cake is quickly ready and a real treat for the whole family. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min. 14 serving

Bark:

  • 300 g ground plasma biscuits

  • 150 ml of milk

  • 70 g powdered sugar

  • 125 g of melted butter

Filling:

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 4 Tbsp granulated of sugar

  • 500 g ground Plasma biscuits

  • 400 + 100 ml of orange juice

  • 250 g of butter

  • 100 g powdered sugar

Decoration:

  • 200 g of white chocolate

  • 100 ml sweet cream

or

  • 200 ml whipped cream/ or sweet cream

Preparation:

Cream:

  1. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy. Continue steaming for about 8 minutes. Then remove from the steam and leave to cool.

  2. Add plasma ground biscuits in a deep bowl and cover with 400 ml juice and stir well.

  3. In a special container, mix the softened butter with powdered sugar. Add the cooled yolks to it and mix again.

  4. When it is well mixed, gradually add the biscuit mixture with the juice and mix on low speed.

  5. Towards the end of mixing, add another 100 ml of juice and mix again.

  6. Filling is done.

Bark:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix ground plasma biscuits, powdered sugar, milk and melted butter.

  2. On a decorative tray, add baking paper and a mold ring.

  3. Pour over the mixture for the crust.

  4. Align the crust with the bottom of a glass and level it.

  5. Put the cake in the fridge to cool for 1 hour.

Processing:

  1. Place the finished filling on top of the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

  2. Return the cake to cool again and in the meantime make the decoration.

  3. I put whipped cream from the attached decoration.

  4. If you are making a decoration with white chocolate, do it by cooking sweet cream and chopped chocolate on a low, moderate heat, mix until the ingredients are uniform.

  5. Pour the glaze over the entire cake and smooth it out. Leave to cool for a few more hours, then serve.
