240 g of dark chocolate/ with a higher % of cocoa-cooking chocolate
240 g of butter /+ 10 g for grease mold
a pinch of salt
160 g of granulated sugar
100 g of strong flour/ type 400
4 eggs
for additional aroma/ rum or cinnamon or instant coffee as desired
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, add cooking chocolate, cut into cubes, as well as butter.
Separate one small cube of butter, grease the muffin tin and pour in a little flour or powdered sugar, then shake off the excess.
Heat the chocolate and butter over low heat with constantly stirring.
When everything is combined, remove from heat to cool.
During this time, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt with a hand whisk, then gradually add sugar and mix at the same time.
After that, gradually add melted chocolate with butter and mix at the same time.
At the end, gradually add sifted flour and mix constantly.
The mixture must be free of lumps.
Now, if you want, you can add the aroma from what was mentioned in the description, then mix again.
Immediately pour the mixture into the molds and fill to the top.
Bake at 230 °C for 7-10 minutes.
As soon as the cake forms a crust and starts to crack, remove the mold from the oven.
Gently remove the cake from the mold and place it on a decorative tray.
You can sprinkle it with sugar or serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
