Seafood Salad

  • Being a fan of Mediterranean food, I regularly prepare this seafood salad in the evening. I buy ready-made and prepared packages at the market, so that this delicious salad is ready in just 30 minutes, thanks to the addition of potatoes. Follow the recipe is very simple.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.,2 serving
  • 200 g Seafood-Frutta di mare-ready to consume/ 1 pack

  • 2 medium potatoes/ boiled and diced

  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • Olive oil EVO to taste

  • 1/2 lemon juice/ or apple acid cider vinegar

  • dry parsley to taste

  • 2 Tbsp sour cream/ optional

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise/ optional

  • 2 Tbsp cheese spread/ optional

  • 2 tomato San Marzano/ diced -optional

  • 1-2 garlic/minced-optional

Preparation:
  • Peel the potatoes and remove all impurities, put them to boil in 7 salted water for about 25 minutes.

  • After that, drain them well, leave them to cool in a colander.

  • When the potatoes have cooled, cut them into rings, then into smaller pieces.

  • Place the potatoes in a deep salad bowl, add a pack of frutta di mare, season to taste and add dried parsley.

  • Pour over olive oil and lemon juice.

  • If you want, you can add tomato, garlic, mayonnaise, or cheese spread or sour cream and mix it all gently.

  • Mediterranean salads for those who like the taste of sea and fish.

  • Those who like to dilute the taste, can use the spreads mentioned.

  • Cool the salad 30 minutes before serving.

NOTE:

  • The seafood wrap consists of chopped octopus, shrimp, and mussels.

  • Keep the rest of the salad in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
