Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. 2 servings
  • 2 whole sea bream

  • 5 medium potatoes/ cut into pieces

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 2 cloves of garlic/ minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dry spice Vegeta/ or to taste

  • Olive oil EVO to taste

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

  • 1 lemon/ cut into thin rings and slices

  • 100 ml water

Preparation:
  1. Clean the fish well and leave them in one piece, cut along the belly.

  2. After that, season with salt and dry spices and vegetables, both inside and outside on all sides. Inside the fish, put chopped garlic, parsley and sliced ​​lemon on the side.

  3. Place thin lemon wedges over the fish.

  4. Wrap the finished fish in aluminum foil.

  5. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

  6. Put the washed potatoes in a suitable container, add salt and dry Vegeta seasoning, mix everything well and season with oregano.

  7. Pour olive oil over everything and mix again.

  8. Add the wrapped fish on top.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Set the timer to 75 minutes.

  10. After 10–13 minutes, put the dish ready for baking.

  11. After 20 minutes, take out the baking dish and open the foil, add a little water mix and put it back in the oven to finish another 30–40 minutes.

  12. Remove the baked fish from the foil and serve on a plate with lemon wedges and potatoes.
