Salty Muffins

  • A salty muffin with the taste of spinach and ham, will knock you off your feet, first because they are delicious and also because it does not take much time, especially if you are hungry. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min., 12 pcs.
  • 6 eggs

  • 150 g of spinach

  • 130 g fresh cow or goat cheese

  • 125 ml of milk

  • 85 g chopped peppers

  • 50 g of prosciutto

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • and a little oil

Preparation:
  1. Fry the diced red peppers and fresh spinach briefly in vegetable oil.

  2. Transfer to a thinner, cool slightly. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and pepper until you get a frothy mass.

  3. Then add the soft cheese and mix well.

  4. Add the stewed paprika, spinach to the mixture and mix with a spoon.

  5. Coat the muffin tin with a little oil, divide the mixture into 12 equal parts.

  6. Add chopped strips of prosciutto to the top of the muffin.

  7. Place the mini frittata in the shape of a muffin in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 20–25 minutes.
