Russian Scones

  • A wonderful and quick dessert without waiting. It is ideal for breakfast or dinner. The recipe is very simple and quick. For this recipe you will need egg, flour, and cheese. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min.
  • 300 g fresh cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 3 Tablespoons of flour

  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar

Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and mash them well with a fork (you can also put them in a blender).

  2. Shape them into balls, if desired, roll them in a little more flour.

  3. Fry them in oil until they get a golden color on both sides.

  4. They can be served with numerous additions, from sprinkling with powdered sugar, over jam, chocolate, fruit, to salted caramel, sweet cream and sugar.
