Rolls Soft as a Soul

  • Wonderful rolls soft as a soul, try to make them yourself, follow the instructions.

Ingredients: simple, total time:
  • 900 g flour type 500

  • 1 bag of dry yeast /7 g

  • 2 eggs

  • 400 ml of warm milk

  • 180 ml oil

  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
  1. Add warm milk to one bowl, then oil, two egg whites, one tablespoon of sugar and one bag of dry yeast, and stir. Gradually add one part flour and a teaspoon of salt and knead while adding the rest of the flour.

  2. On a floured work surface, knead the dough with the addition of flour as needed. Put the oiled dough in a drizzle, cover with nylon and leave on warm to rise. It would be best to leave the dough for about an hour and a half to two hours.

  3. Then transfer the dough to a floured surface and cut into smaller 16 pieces.

  4. Roll out the square shape with a rolling pin and fill with your favorite filling.

  5. Using a cutter or knife, make slits and wrap the bun.

  6. Bake at 180°C, for 25-30 min. or 190 °C 15 min.

  7. Serve warm.
