Deliciously and quickly roasted potatoes in peppers with onions, garlic, and paprika. Very simple preparation and goes phenomenally with a variety of baking and some other side dishes. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: easy, total time: 50 min. 4 servings
1 kg of potatoes boiled
100 ml oil
1 onion chopped into thin halves
2 garlic cloves cut into leaves
1 Tbsp of allspice-red ground pepper
1 Tablespoon Vegeta dry spice
1/4 Tbsp pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
Peel potatoes, wash, and cut in slice. Put them in cold water and cook on a low heat for about 23 minutes.
During that time, chop the onion into half-rings and put them in a deep wok pan to fry in hot oil for about 1-2 minute on medium, moderate heat. Then add the chopped garlic to the leaves and mix well. As soon as the garlic has released the smell, add the red ground pepper and pepper, stir well all ingredients.
Put the prepared cooked potatoes in all the ingredients and mix well.
Simmer for about 7–10 minutes. Then sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm with some side dish and some steak or barbecue. Buon appetito!
