500 g of rice/ washed and boiled
100 g of green olives/ cut into rings
150 g of hard cheese/ or Greek feta cheese — chopped
150 g of tuna/ filtered
3 hard-boiled eggs/ 11 min.
parsley/ finely chopped
basil leaves / finely chopped
50 ml olive oil EVO
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
4 tomatoes/ sliced
2 carrots/ boiled and chopped
1 celery/ finely chopped
1 lime juice
Preparation:
First, wash the rice well by placing it in a colander and rinsing it with cold water and mixing it several times.
Cook the rice in plenty of salted water.
Boil the carrot for about 25 minutes in a little water, then cut it as desired.
When rice is cooked, drain it, let it cool then add cubes of hard cheese, filtered chopped tuna, chopped celery, boiled and chopped carrots, tomatoes and green olives.
Boil the eggs 11 minutes. When they are hard-boiled, cut them into cubes.
1 egg leave for decoration.
Finely chop the parsley and basil leaves as well and add the ingredients to the rice.
Season with lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
Chop one egg and decorate the salad from above.
