Fantastic ravioli, no one doesn't like them, I'm enclosing my recipe with mushrooms and how I make it. It is very juicy and tasty, try it.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min. 4 serving
400 g or packing one ravioli or fresh pasta ravioli
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 onion/ finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped
500 g mushrooms/ cut into leaves
500 ml sour cream
50 g butter
1 Tablespoon parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Mushrooms preparation:
Finely chop the onion and garlic, do the same with the primrose, also cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Take a medium deep pot, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry onion.
When the onion has a glassy wire look, add the mushrooms, cover the pan and wait for all the water to come out of the mushrooms. Then add butter and chopped garlic, all that stir well then add salt and pepper, and finely add sour cream. Stir everything well over a low heat, you can also add a little milk if is necessary /if you think it is very thick.)
Let it cook for about 10 min, turn off the heat and add the parsley.
Pour into a deeper pot and sprinkle with water, when it boils, put ravioli to cook, they usually cook for about 3–4 minutes. When they are ready, drain them well, pour them into a plate and pour the filling over the ravioli and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over.
This is my recipe and the taste is phenomenal, I hope you enjoy the dish! Buon appetito!
