Pumpkin Cream Soup

  • A healthy pumpkin soup, many do not even know how to make it properly. Here is a recipe where you will follow the instructions. It is very easy. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 2h 15 min
  • 1 kg peeled pumpkin/ diced

  • 1 leek/ finely chopped

  • 1 onion/ finely chopped

  • 2 carrots/ into cubes or rings

  • 2 thin roll of celery root/ diced

  • 1 piece of ginger /1 cm

  • 100 ml sour cream

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • salt to taste

  • ground coriander

Preparation:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients as described above.

  2. All ingredients are cut into cubes and put to boil in preheated water 2 liters with 1 teaspoon of salt.

  3. Add the olive oil. Finally, you can blend it all if you like.

  4. Then, add sour cream, can be both liquid and sour.

  5. Finally, season with ground coriander. If necessary, a little more salt can be added. Serve warm.
