Pie with meat in puff pastry is a very simple preparation, quick and very easy. An ideal appetizer for all occasions, you can consume it for breakfast or dinner. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time 70 min.
2 sheets of puff pastry/ 500 g
Filling:
3 Tbsp Olive oil EVO
1 big onion/ finely chopped
350 g minced meat/ pork and beef
1 tsp dry spice Vegeta
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper/ or to taste
Topping:
2 eggs/ scrambled
200 ml sour milk/ or yogurt
salt to taste
sesame seeds
Preparation:
Oil a baking pan of the appropriate size for the sizes of the puff pastry.
First, make the minced meat filling.
Fry the onion in a large pan for a few minutes until it becomes transparent.
Add the minced meat, mix and add spices, salt, pepper and Vegeta, stir.
Simmer for about 20-23 minutes and cover and stir occasionally.
When the filling is ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
In an oiled baking dish, add the puff pastry, put the cooled filling and spread it evenly over the entire crust.
Place the second sheet of puff pastry over the filling, join all the edges well.
Place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
During this time, mix the eggs, then add sour milk with some salt and mix again.
Cut into cubes using knife 4×3 row.
Pour over the egg mixture and rub the mixture into the ingredients in a circular motion for a few minutes, then leave it to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
If you want, sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired.
Heat the oven to 200 °C.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35-40 minutes.
Cool the finished pie for a few minutes, then serve.

Keep the rest of the food in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, heat it in the oven or microwave, you can also cook it in a pan.
