Potato Buns Stuffed with Minced meat Lena

  • Gnocchi dough stuffed with minced meat, juicy and soft, easy to make, try it yourself. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min., 4 servings

Dough potatoes:

  • 7 potatoes

  • 25 g butter

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp pepper

  • 1 egg

  • 65 g sharp flour and maybe more.

Fill of Beef Meat:

  • 40 g butter

  • 500 g minced beef meat

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp red ground pepper

Preparation:
  1. 7 larger potatoes are cleaned and washed, cut into small pieces, put them in a pot, pour water over and cook them until they soften for 25–30 minutes.

  2. Then put 40 g of butter in another pan, finely chopped onion, stir well, as soon as the onion turns yellow and gets a glassy look, add 500 g of minced beef and combine it well.

  3. Wait for the water to come out of your meat, when it is done put 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon allspice and mix well.

  4. When the potatoes are ready, take them out and squeeze them well from the water, mash them with a large fork when the potatoes are well mashed, add: 25 g butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons pepper, 1 egg, 65 g flour and mix well.

  5. As soon as it is done, wait for the dough to cool, because then it will form easier.

  6. Flour it on the worktop, take a part of that dough the size of a meatball ball, dip it in flour and create a bun shape.

  7. Then fill the dough with a spoon, combine it into a ball, then shape it into a bun shape. Do all this with the rest of the material.

  8. Pour 100 ml of oil into a deep-frying pan, bake the shaped buns until they turn yellow 7 min. one part and second 7 min. Bake on medium heat.

  9. Put them on the kitchen pepper to remove excess fat.

  10. You will see it is very simple and very tasty and does not grow fat.
