Portobello Sauce Mushrooms with Tagliatelle
Preparation:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients listed above in the description. First, put a pot with water and add salt, wait for it to boil, then add the dough to cook. Cook according to the instructions. While the dough is cooking, prepare the mushroom sauce.

  2. Take a deep pan and pour olive oil.

  3. Wait for it to heat up on moderate heat, then add the prepared mushrooms, fry for about 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. During cooking, you will see that the mushrooms have absorbed the oil and that the bottom is dry, you should not worry about that, it should be like that.

  5. After the specified time, add wine, wait for the alcohol to evaporate and cover. During cooking, the mushrooms must soften a little and take on color.

  6. There should be a little liquid left in the pan, then add salt and pepper to taste, add chopped garlic and sauté the onion until the garlic releases its fragrance. After that, add butter, reduce the heat, mix the ingredients and cook covered for about 5–7 minutes.

  7. At the end of cooking, add chopped fresh parsley and mix. Immediately add the finished and strained tagliatelle to the mushroom sauce, stir so that the dough absorbs the sauce and smells from all sides. Serve in shallow plates with grated Parmesan cheese. Buon appetito!
