Ingredients: simple, total time: 1h 50 min, 2 servings
500 g fresh ribs
3–4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon red ground peppers
2 teaspoon dry herbal spice-Vegeta
1 Tablespoon honey
salt and pepper to taste
1 kg potatoes
oil and sesame seeds
100 g dry bacon
rosemary to taste for potatoes
Preparation:
Peel potatoes, grate it and slice it, add oil, spices, allspice, pepper, sesame seeds, crushed garlic, and diced bacon.
Mix everything and shake in a round pan.
Season the ribs with sea salt, spread with mustard, pepper, honey, and a little oil, then rub well.
Place in the middle of the potatoes in a pan. You can add a little rosemary to the potatoes and bake at 180-190 °C, about 1 and 30 min. While baking, mix the ingredients, turn the ribs and add a little water if necessary.
