Another delicious recipe for lovers of spicy foods, but differently, whichever way you decide they are all great.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 2h 15 min, 4 serving
1 kg of ribs in one piece Marinade
1 cloves garlic/ finely chopped
1 onion/finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon of red ground pepper
2 teaspoons ground chili
2 Tablespoons brown sugar Next Day Marinade Hot Spice:
1 clove garlic/ finely chopped
1 onion/ finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
1 Tablespoon of cayenne pepper/or hot red ground pepper
100 ml of beer
4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
4 Tablespoons whiskey
4 Tablespoons oil
Preparation:
For the marinade, peel and finely chop 1 clove of garlic and 1 onion.
Stir with pepper, ground paprika, a teaspoon of chili and sugar.
Wash the ribs in one piece, dry them and stir them with the marinade.
Cover with foil and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next day, clean and chop 1 of garlic and onion. Stir in the pot with cayenne, beer, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, whiskey, oil, and a teaspoon of chili. Cook gently for about 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Spread the meat with a spice sauce.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil.
Place the ribs on it, cover the with aluminum foil, bake it in the oven for about 2h, 180 °C.
Pour the seasoning sauce over every 30 min and turn ribs.
When it's done, cover the ribs and let stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
Serve with boiled vegetables, rice, or salad as desired.
