Polenta with Cheese

  • A traditional old Serbian dish made from corn flour. Polenta is a bit forgotten and left in the past where it has no place, and it is very healthy and tasty, especially with cheese. You can also consume it with milk, yogurt, ham, and paprika, like a pie, there are various variations. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 4 servings
  • 400 g corn white flour

  • 1 liter of water

  • 100 g fat

  • 200 gr of cottage cheese

  • salt

Preparation:
  1. Put water to boil, when is boiled add with and fat, Add cornflour gradually with constant stirring to no form lumps.

  2. When combined, add the cheese and mix well.

  3. The polenta is ready when it is separated from the dish in which it is made.
