Pie with Leeks and white Cheese
Juicy pie, with cheese and Leeks without crust. It is an ideal appetizer for breakfast or dinner. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min. 6 servings
500 g leeks/ 4 larger pods
400 ml of warm milk
250 g of flour
250 g of cow’s fresh crumble cheese
8 g baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
oil
Preparation:
Clean the leek, cut it in half, wash it well under running water.
Cut into semicircles and fry in a deep pan on heated oil.
Leave the fried leeks to cool.
In a large bowl, add flour, lightly beaten eggs, baking powder, heated milk, grated cheese, add salt black pepper to taste, combine well ingredients.
Add to the end fried leeks, combine all well.
Pour the mixture into a well-oiled round or rectangular pan, level the mixture.
Bake about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
Turn the finished pie on a plate, cut it into pieces, then serve with some yogurt.
