A simple and delicious dessert for evening meals and breakfast. He prepares quickly and is almost like a joke. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 25 min., 2 serving
For Pasta:
240 g of pasta/ or any pasta
1/2 tablespoon of oil
pinch of salt
water for pasta
Filling:
120 g of poppy seeds/ ground
100 ml of milk
1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g
1 Tbsp of granulated sugar/ or brown sugar to taste
1 Tbsp of rum/ optional
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in boiling water to which you have added a tablespoon of oil and half a teaspoon of salt.
While the pasta is cooking, put the poppy seeds, milk, vanilla sugar and brown sugar in a suitable small saucepan, mix everything well and boil on low heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes, until the milk evaporates a little. You should get a creamy mixture.
At the end, stir in the rum if you like.
If you use pure ground poppy seeds, determine the amount of sugar yourself.
Strain the cooked pasta and combine it with the poppy seed filling and mix everything well.
Serve!
