Octopus salad is one of the healthiest meals, which does not have many calories and is easy to digest. Therefore, it is an ideal meal for evening consumption. I often make it, especially if I had a lot of caloric food during the day. Mostly, I always make it with the combination of this Matavilz salad, which is very juicy and low-calorie. For this salad, it is enough to eat it with a thin slice of bread or toast. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time :10 min. 2 servings
1 pack of mixed — already for consuming / 70% octopus, mussels, shrimps
2 handful Matavilz salad
2 tomatoes/ diced
salt to taste
oregano to taste
Olive oil EVO to taste
1/2 lemon juice
2 eggs/ boiled 11 min. — optional
Preparation:
Wash and clean the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and put them in a bowl.
Wash the Matavilz salad as well, and leave it in a colander to drain well.
If you want, boil the eggs for 11 minutes in a hard-boiled egg.
Salt the tomatoes in a bowl, add oregano to taste and olive oil, mix.
Spread the drained Matavilz salad on two plates in equal portions.
Cut the boiled eggs into slices, put them next to the salad, then immediately put a couple of slices of tomato on the salad.
Put the package of octopus in a bowl, add salt if necessary, pour lemon juice, add olive oil, a little oregano and stir.
Pour over matavilz salad and serve.
This dish is served cold.
Buon appetito!
NOTE:
You can combine mackerel or sardines with this salad, if you like an even richer meal.
You can add boiled eggs.
If you like garlic, you can also make a dressing of olive oil, parsley, lemon, and garlic.
