A very easy recipe for making biscuits with Nutella. Soft, delicious that melts in your mouth, follow this simple recipe.

For the shortcrust pastry:
1 egg
130 g of butter
the grated zest of an organic lemon
250 g of flour 00
a pinch of salt
90 g of sugar
a tsp of baking powder
To Stuff:
Nutella to taste
To decorate:
icing sugar to taste
Preparation:
Pour the sugar into a deep plastic bowl. Add flour and baking powder, mix the powdered ingredients to get a unique powder in which you will pour chopped cold butter and beaten egg whisk and add lemon grated zest and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well to get a compact mixture, which you will give the shape of a ball, and leave to rest in the fridge for about 3 hours and wrap in foil.
During this time, place a piece of parchment paper on the work surface, and with a spoon pull out the Nutella in the shape of a circle about 3-4 cm and put it in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate.
When 3 hours have passed, take the dough out of the fridge. Remove the foil, place the dough on the work surface where you have already placed the baking paper, and roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that the pastry is 5 mm thick.
Take a 4 cm round cup and draw circles that you will arrange in two rows. Put the chocolate in one mold and cover with another mold, close the edges with wet fingers and arrange in a baking tray on baked paper and bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes.
When the biscuits are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool. After that, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
