Muffins with Cheese

  • A wonderful and juicy bite of cheese muffins. It is very easy to prepare, and it is done quickly. With just a few ingredients, you will make a great breakfast or snack. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 2 eggs

  • 100 g cow crumble cheese

  • 5 g baking powder/ 1 tsp

  • 50 ml oil

  • 150 g flour

  • salt only as needed/ if cheese is salted, don't add it

Preparation:
  1. Beat the eggs first, then add the oil, then the rest of the ingredients, add the cheese at the end.

  2. If the cheese is salty, do not add salt.

  3. Mix the ingredients well until well combined.

  4. Coat muffin tins with oil.

  5. Pour the mixture halfway.

  6. Can be sprinkled with sesame seeds.

  7. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.

  8. Leave to cool awhile, then serve.
